ur client, one of the UAE's largest main contractors, secured a fast-track project for a new 50,000 sq. meter logistics hub in Dubai South. They needed expert site preparation contractors to handle the entire "zero cycle" on a tight deadline. The project required massive-scale land leveling services and precise site grading to prepare for a super-flat warehouse foundation. Once the site was cleared, our land grading services took over. Our Grader CAT 120M , guided by GPS, performed the final, precise land leveling and site grading to an accuracy of +/- 15mm, ensuring the base was perfect. The final, critical step was land compaction. Our team used a fleet of Bomag rollers (heavy vibratory smooth drum rollers) to achieve the specified 98% Proctor density.
